The Company:
Our client is an international system integrator and
supplier of end-to-end telecommunication solutions for carriers and railway
operators. The company has more than 5000 employees worldwide and we are
looking for a Product Manager Cab Radio.
The Tasks and Objectives:
- Set Roadmap priorities and Control Changes
(churn) to establish and validate product requirements (HW and/or SW) for
cab radio solutions
- Develop product cost targets and forecasts with
input from Presales and Sales extended team members to ensure product /
solution competitiveness
- Ensure that market segmentation and key drivers
are identified and secure overall budget for projects

The Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in the area of
Cab Radio or Locomotive equipment
- In-depth understanding of the Cab Radio market
and positioning strategies
- Very good knowledge of the industry trends in
railway wireless communication
- Strong communication skills at all level of
organizations(e.g. presentations, negotiations, CxO level speech,
communication with sales and R&D colleagues)
- Languages: Very good English, German or French is
a plus
- Place of employment: flexible, the company has 25
international offices and offers also home office
