International IT service provider seeks

Tasks:

• Responsibility and coordination of several business areas: strategic and operational
• Strategy development to ensure the long-term success
• Use of KPIs to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Organization, mentoring and team leadership
• Identify opportunities for improvement and developments in the field of teams
• Regular holding of meetings with national and international top management on project progress and risk assessments
• Ensuring the delivery, estimation and quality in different projects.
• Support for existing customers
• Acquisition of new customers in the local and international IT market

Your Profile:

• In-depth, completed technical and / or economic education (university / college)
• Several years of management experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge of the software industry
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action with a strong focus on results
• Implementation skills, negotiating skills with a high degree of self-motivation 
• Strong logical and analytical understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent skills in organization and time management
• Excellent English, spoken and written, good knowledge of German
• Working time: 2 days a week in Austria / Rest in Romania
